Welcome to the Parent Teacher booking system for Horton High School!

Here you can create an account, enter your child(ren), and then schedule interview times to meet with teachers.

To register for an account and add your students, click on the "REGISTER" tab on the red banner at the top of the page.

If you have registered  earlier this school year, you will need to re-register for this parent teacher session.

This application collects and uses some personal information about you and your child and shares some of this personal information with our school staff for the following purposes: 

• To provide online appointment scheduling services 

• To send appointment reminders 

• To associate students with the correct teachers and classes 

• To notify your child’s teacher(s), school administration and school office staff of scheduled appointments 

The personal information collected, used and shared includes: 

• The name, email address and phone number you provide when creating your account 

• Your child’s name, homeroom, and the classes they are enrolled in, which we upload so you can make appointments with the appropriate teacher(s) 

To help protect your privacy, we upload relevant information to hhs.schoolappointments.com three weeks before each progress appointment period in December and April. We delete all student information and parent/guardian-provided account information from  hhs.schoolappointments.com within two weeks after the end of each student progress appointment period.
